D. José Borja Tomé is Deputy Director at Agencia Tributaria (Inland Revenue) in Spain, in charge of the area of Systems and Information Technologies.

In 2004 José Borja Tomé joined Agencia Tributaria from a previous spell in the private sector. He developed applications of customs and special taxes at Agencia Tributaria. He now is in charge of the development of the information and analysis systems, the substructure of the electronic administration as the documentary management systems, notifications, mobile apps and various internal management systems, data exchange and taxpayer services.
