Verónica Bolón-Canedo received her B.S. (2009), M.S. (2010) and Ph.D. (2014) degrees in Computer Science from the University of A Coruña (Spain). After a postdoctoral fellowship in the University of Manchester, UK (2015), she is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science of the University of A Coruña. She has extensively published in the area of machine learning and feature selection. On these topics, she has co-authored one book, three book chapters and more than 50 research papers in international conferences and journals.
