We will understand the state of the Art of AI, and will cover different examples where AI is helping humans in their everyday to make life easier. But this can generate as well certain challenge around ethics and new skills. We will cover this ethic challenge talking about the technology companies and their ethic principles as well as one algorithm, fairness360 designed by IBM and donated to the open-source community can help to check this bias and correct it. Finally we will check on the new skills challenges and the different ways of learning.
