Data has increasingly become a key asset for companies. But the management of this intangible goes beyond adding a record in a database or keeping an element within the technological ecosystem. From an operational, technological and cultural point of view, data management needs to incorporate certain changes in organizations in order to extract the greatest value of this intangible asset. In this talk, I will share our experience at idealista/data about how our vision of data management as a business asset is helping us to transform innovation and product creation processes.
