Data Scientist, Telefónica
Aitor is a Data Scientist and a Research Scientist who is currently working at Telefónica Tech (IoT & Big Data). He is devoted to extract valuable insights and develop data-driven solutions on any business aspect. He has over 7 years of research experience in areas ranging from string theory to behavior modelling. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Instituto de Física Teórica, together with Bachelors in Physics and Mathematics. He has held postdoctoral researcher positions at University of Wisconsin-Madison and Instituto de Neurociencias. He has been co-advisor of end-of-degree and PhD theses and held teaching duties as Assistant Professor in both graduate and undergraduate courses at UAM and UW.
